As a Technical Leader specializing in Java and Angular, you will play a key role in guiding and overseeing the technical aspects of our development projects. Leading a team of developers, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and driving the successful delivery of Java and Angular-based solutions.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Java and Angular developers.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with project managers to define technical requirements and project timelines.
• Lead the planning and execution of Java and Angular development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Mentorship and Skill Development:

• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for the team.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management and testing.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Java and Angular development.
• Introduce innovative approaches and champion the adoption of best practices within the development team.
